President Joe Biden, has sign $1.9 trillion bills for Corona virus relief.
President Joe Biden signed a $1.9 trillion COVID-19 rescue plan on Thursday afternoon as Washington took action this month to provide new aid.
After signing, the president examined his first priority in the White House. He will also make a prime-time speech on Thursday, describing how the country will fight the virus one year after the World Health Organization declares it an epidemic.
The plan will directly pay up to $1,400 to most Americans. White House Press Secretary Jane Prosaki said on Thursday that direct deposits will start striking American bank accounts this weekend.

The bill will also extend the annual unemployment insurance boost of $300 to September 6 and the child tax credit for one year. It will also provide nearly $20 billion for novel coronavirus vaccination, $25 billion for rental and utility assistance, and $350 billion for state, local and tribal relief.
Biden said before signing the legislation: "This historic legislation is about the pillar of rebuilding the country." Give the people of this country, the working people, the middle class, and the people who build this country a chance to fight.
Democrats passed the bill in Congress without a Republican vote through a budget reconciliation process. The House of Representatives approved the measure on Wednesday.
Republicans say the proposal is temporarily inappropriate with the increase of vaccination against novel coronavirus pneumonia and the reopening of the economy in more states. Republicans criticized what it called the funds it did not need to fight the epidemic.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said on Thursday: "The American people have formed a procession and are moving towards victory." Democrats just want to rush to the parade and claim honor.
Democrats called for the necessary bills to sustain the economic recovery in order to alleviate the pain caused by a year of economic restrictions. More than 20 million people are still receiving some form of unemployment benefit, and millions of families are trying to afford food and housing.
Democrats also pointed out that the bill has the potential to reduce child poverty.
The legislation will also increase the maximum benefits of the supplementary nutrition assistance program by 15% by September and spend nearly 30 billion dollars on restaurants. It will send more than 120 billion US dollars to K-12 schools.
