Residents of the Igbaja community in the Ifelodun town local government district of Kwara oblast accused Fulani herders of encroaching on their farmland.
According to a viral video, a member of the milita vigillante service said that cattle raised by Fulani herders in the community ate crops that are almost yet to be harvest.
He added that crops Continuous losses have raised food prices and exacerbated food insecurity in the area.
He called on the governors of Kwara, Abdulrahman Abdulrazak, President Mohammadu Buhari, and well-meaning Nigerians to stand up and save the people from Fulani herdsmen.
